Elaboration of approved transition plans
Goal:
Within the framework of a customer oriented strategy, coupled with in-house efficiency, a new partition of functions was needed as well as a new ICT-platform. Radius was asked to support management in creating a detailed and supported transition plan for this important organizational change. We also carried out an objective calculation of the benefits (in terms of FTE) of the implementation of the new ICT-system.

- A worked-out transition plan for all aspects of the organizational change:
- Adjusted processes with a change in the dividing line between Front Office and Back Office processes
- Adjusted function profiles
- Adjusted KPI and discussion structures
- Training plan
- Works council pathway

- Base-line measurement (dimensioning in FTE before implementation of the new ICT-system)

- Support within the whole of management, to the level of team leaders
